Default Widest Tires

I have a 2003 Z with 20 by 12 Z06 motorsport rims. I am wondering what are the widest tires I would be able to put on without using spacers.

Thanks

i know that the 12 inch rim would fit 335, but still would i need spacers or just throw the tire on the rim and put it on the car.

Thanks for the information

Youde have to remove your brake ducts. It matters with the offset but most likely a spacer would be needed.

i was told that i could do a 315 on the rim without using a spacer or taking the break ducts out

can anyone vertify this ?

The 315 is not your issue, the 12" wide wheels is. My friend is running a 19x12 wheel with 325's. He needed a spacer. But the wheels are pretty flush with his quarters.

One of the sponsors here sells the 18x12 wheels, no spacer needed but they stick out about an inch.

So it all matters on which wheel you plan on running and what offset.

Tommorrow is MLK day, I don't think an "all white Z06" forum is wise.

A 315 will fit on the stock rim, no rubbing or modification at all.

Hello newbie
Come on Pete, we both know white is the best

Back on topic though. I think you could run a 335 tire back there. If you didn't want to run a spacer you could always tub it. I plan to do that if I need to run larger tires. Although I guess I could go with the WC flared fenders instead of tubbing.

My street wheels are 18x12 with 335/30x18 Mich PS. They rubbed the inside of the wheel well out.

the car is quicksilver, it looks white in the picture because of the lighting, it was taken in the summer on a sunny day
