C5 Z06? vs C5 coupe? I think it's about 150lbs or so.

The C5 will be a little lighter if you've replaced your stock runflats. They are several pounds heavier than non runflats, which the Z06 did not have. Hey, every little bit counts

Biggest weight difference is the tires, lack of sound deadening and lighter windshield.
Z06 had non-flats.

Yes! That is unladen or curb weight!
You will need to factor in your weight as well as fuel - At the very least!
Thanks,Matt

Uh, not to mention the inherently-lighter FRC body-style!

FRC rear glass and trunk lid combo work out to weight less than the coupe's hatchback piece as well.

Pass side elec seat adjuster, if so equipped, none on z.
I'm surprised that it's only about 150 lbs, would have guessed 200 to 250.

I have a 2004 coupe and a 2002 Z06 that I'm building as a track car. Having weighed both of them (while corner weighting), the Z06 is approx 200 lbs lighter.

My Z06 at the track (Byron Dragway, Illinois) weighed 3060lbs with about 3/8's tank of fuel, I do have a stealth box (subwoofer) in the trunk that weighs approximately 30 lbs. I have longtubes and no cats on the car as well so I would guess that equally offsets the weight of the sub box.

Mine weighed 3030 on the scales at Silver Dollar Raceway with around a 1/4 tank.

The ZO6 does not have the telescopic steering wheel, and no electric antenna and multi cd player and the trunk well covers and the z comes with helium in the tires.
