Quick Tint Question

I'm going to be tinting my windows eventually, but I was wondering, if there's a scratch on my drivers side window (good sized, scarch on the exterior, noticeable.. like something scratched it for a bit when window was being rolled down), can it be repaired / tinted over? Or do I have to buy a whole new drivers side window..?

Tint is applied to the inside,the scratch on the outside won't matter.

Tint is applied on inside as far as I know and the scratch would maybe be a little less noticeable. Ask in car care about window scracth removal and you may be able to make it less apparent. Good Luck
