Do headers make a C5 much louder?

It sounds alot more heavy and you can hear the individual pistons firing. I use TPIS Long Tubes welded to straight pipes to Corsa Pace Car Tigershark Exhaust and love it! Get nothing but comments on the sound.

I wish I had a digital recorder.... So that you could hear the thunder of the Corsa Pace w/out cats. It is remarkable, at WOT it puts others to shame yet it's quite driveable and no resonance, you control all at the go pedal. My wife's friends love it and want to take it shopping

My car is kinda subtle with high flow cats, but it can get kinda loud when force is applied the long skinny pedal on the floorborard!

Just the headers with stock H-pipe and cats it won't be very much louder at idle. However, at wot it will scream. I've got LT's with highflow cats, and x-pipe as well as B&B bullets and mine is extremely loud. Borderline too loud... Love the sound though...
