Magnetic Red ??? Corsa???
Any feelings about this color? I'm looking at an 01.
It's had the Corsa exhaust added and a Hurst short throw shifter.
Will either of these items decrease the value if I ever decide to sell it?

Mag red is a very nice color. 
Those mods should only make your car more desirable when it is time to sell it.
Just make sure you like the color.

Even though I'm biased its the all time best color IMHO
They sound like great mods so no danger of devaluing the car. If anything I'd say they are a plus

Mag Red is a fantastic color. That was my #1 choice when I was searching for a C5. However, I ended up with White.
And the Corsa exhaust should sound OK also. Neither item, in my opinion, should hurt the car come re-sale time.

I have an 02 Mag Red and when I go to parties my wifes friends comes up to me saying I love the color of your car. Its a great color especially night time it shines real nice. Blk was my first choice before I saw the mag red. I was actually on ebaymotors when a local dealer had one for sale and as soon as I saw it I said gotta have it.

All Corvettes are great, but you have to like the color.
As for the mods, ask the owner if he has the OEM exhaust and shifter. I agree with the others that those 2 mods won't devalue the car, but it can't hurt to have those parts.

no way my father just pick up a 2000 with 23000 on it and he put the same eaxust on and the z06 screens and the dealer seen it getting the z06 motor sport rims and said it worth more then he sold it for. and man the ladys love it.

Bottom line I don't think there is "BAD" color,after all it's on a corvette!!!Granted some may be better than others to the individual.When I was shopping for mine My favorite was electron blue,followed by mag red, black,m.yellow,and several others.All of our other regular vehicles wound up being various shades of silver or grays.The wife said no more Grey or silver shades.I found a great 2000 pewter FRC with polished thin spokes.Fell in love with it ,now everyone likes it and my wife loves the car.I think it looks sleek and classy.Personal preference may push a color to the top of the list,but they're all on a CORVETTE!!!Nuff said 
By the way I'm in the process of adding a set of Corsa Touring s to mine.They are the best of both worlds--They flow better,make the vette sound more like a vette should,without being hard to live with on the road.

Mag red is a beautiful color. One of my favorites. Neither of those mods should diminish the value of the car.
