Default Yet another exhaust question

Need some help. I'm trying to determine if I would be happy with the Corsa Pace Car exhaust or Corsa Touring exhaust on a stock C5 Vert?
I think the Pace car, but the dear wife things Touring. Is the Pace car setup too loud? thanks in advance

I knew I would be adding headers one day so I went with the Touring! After the Supermaxx Dynatech header install I was damn glad I went with the Touring. Even if you aren't planning headers, etc. the Touring is plenty way cool loud under hard right pedal but NO drone or resonance at cruise even with the headers!

must resist urge to beat the dead horse...

cruising there won't be that much difference...and pace isn't that loud on a stock car anyway. Throw some headers on there and now you're talking.

Not sure where I'm going with this but just find someone local who has them and listen - loud means different things to different people.

Default one step ahead

I had a Pace system and thought it was too tame, even when cruising it's fine.
Now jump ahead 6 months to the header install and I elected to go even louder with a B&B bullet system.
My Pace would have been ok for most but not me. Touring would be best if you're worried about wifey.

My swmbo don't like it we take the MB but she loves the "BAD" Vette.

I have a vert with Corsa Indy Pace car an my wife has no problem with the exhausts. They are actually quieter than the C4 i had. Very little noise at cruising and don't really get loud unless you get on it. I would go with Pace car again.

Quiet at idle and cruise but deep throaty muscle car sound when you lay into the throttle, none of that high pitched raspy sound. Forget Corsa and go GHL here's mine...

For the first 3 years of my Vettes life it had the Pace Cars on with my Vette being stock other than a intake and it was quiet and now that I have a blower and AR Headers they are loud

Go with the Pace Cars you will love them

Go w/Pace Car. We have headers, fast 90, trick flow heads and cam. Car is a pussycat till you romp it. No problem carrying on a conversation in the cabin. We had the touring on before these and were dissapointed. Too quiet!

We just went with the Pace Car system about a week ago. It was exactly what we wanted, almost as quiet as stock in the cabin, but you knew it wasn't stock when you got on it. Pace Car all the way!

Love my GHL's, but I would recommend hearing anything in person to decide.
