How can you keep your partition from falling forward in your Z? I have the vette tray to. I saw the DIY section and not comfortable with drilling holes in the car. Can anyone help me out on this?
first things first, make sure that it is back ALL the way. in order to do that you'll have to push on it more then you might think. i went through this when i first got mine and wondered why the fit was so poor and it kept coming forward. then one day i got frustrated and really gave it a shove and what do you know, it fit like a glove!
I'm not sure what model you have...but, mine fits snug in place & never moves. It also had some velcro lined on the curved portion and running on the bottom corner edges (about 8" on each side)...if you look closely at the first picture, you can see what I'm talking about...you might want to try that.

Mine has velcro on it also and never moves. It is under the curved area over the wheel hummps and for about 8 inches on each side on the bottom. After you attach the velcro to the partition, use some blue painters tape over the velcro so you can slide the partition into place and then pull the blue tape. The partition should be held pretty good now. The velcro on mine is held in place by staples.
If your using Andy's partition.....drill the 2 holes and install the snaps as per the instructions and it does not move. No one is going to see the holes or the snaps.

Andy's partition fits great, snaps hold it in place and adds a little safety element from items in the trunk sliding into the cabin under "normal" driving conditions
