At 70mph and above, the windshield sounds like it's rattling on the passengers side.
I can't figure it out because I'm too busy driving to hop over to the other seat to listen. All the weatherstripping is tight and the glass is not loose. Could it be the friggin wiper arm? Have any of you ever had this problem?

Not above 70 but whenever I hit bumps I hear a rattle on the passenger's side. I found tht it was the passenger's seatbelt (the metal loop) tapping against the bottom of the door.

EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!!!! Same problem! Pull it across and buckel it into the seat latch and I bet it goes away!
HA wow! I love this forum. I've had the exact same sound for a long time now, but I figured it was so petty and never bothered to post about it. It's a rattle sound coming from the lower passenger side edge near the windshield. It definitely sounds like something fluttering around in the wind, so I think it's on the outside. I was going to stuff little bits of foam into the vertical windshield fairing and see if that helps. The mirror is tight, and I know it's not my seatbelt. The windshield is original on my car I'm pretty sure. When I research more, I'll post on what I find out.

Oh, for friggin's sake! That's what that is, I've been ignoring it for the last year b/c I couldn't find anything loose

Ya it's worse when you have polished stainless door sill covers like I have. Nothing a lil more throttle and a lil more volume on the radio can't fix.
I had a rattle that sounded like it was coming from the outside near the top of the winshield and it defied finding. Then one day when the conditions were making it rattle, I just happend to change the position of the sunshade and the rattle STOPPED. It was the sunshade mirror cover hitting the top frame -- but only under cirtain road and speed conditions.
I wish my rattle was as simple as some of you have found in your situations. But with sperkins and I, it's a bit more complicated. So as I said before, I'll do some more testing, but I have to wait until the weather here improves. It's such an annoying sound, like a little something flapping around in the wind on the outside of the windshield. I need to get more in the habit of making short video/audio clips of anything I describe (benefits of working in television) and post them on Photobucket. I'll see if I can't do that for this issue soon.
I also have problems with some annoying noises coming from the passenger side. The part that sucks is that it gets worse the faster I drive. I do my best to shut them out.
Not sure what it is but it's only there when the wife is in the car.
