Looks like from the link it can be done. But, why not take a more suitable car for transporting the wheels/tires or find a friend with a truck? So much easier.
They can fit, but I didn't want to scuff anything up. I put my two fronts in the back of the coupe and put the rears in the back of my wife's Focus with the seats folded down. She just followed me to the tire place.
its a game of tetris. ive fit so much in the back before its unbelivevable how much you really can fit. i know you have tires and wheels so theres only so much on how you can fit em in there. im 6' long story short, me and the girl slept in the hatch, a lot better then i thought. used the security net as a blanket. good times
Tom must have been a mobile DJ in his previous life!
I'm a mobile DJ, and have to take the wife's Integra now that I have the C5.
Regarding the topic, unless the destination is too far to make two trips, it's better to make the two trips. When I needed to take home 4 tires from the shop, I loaded three into the back of the C5, took them to my wife's work and loaded them into the Integra. Then I returned to the shop and brought home the 4th tire. Then I unloaded the three tires from her Integra when she came home.
