Nope.
LS2 is horrible. It actually flows less than the LS1 on the same engine. However, LS2 can be ported, and there are gains to be had, where the LS1 gets almost nothing. LS6 is much better.
The LS2 also has a 90mm TB, so that's a plus, but still swapping that for a LS1 intake hurts power.
