Default CCW Classics

Does anyone run street CCW Classics 18X12 on their rears? How is the performance on a stock Z with them in comparison with the stock wheels, is the acceleration improved with CCWs? Do they stick out a lot, is rolling the fenders required?

I'm running 18x10 in the fronts and 18x11.5 in the rears w/ 315s. No fender rolling required, you just have to remove your rear brake duct. The inside of the rear wheel does rub alittle on the left springs. Besides that, it's a big plus over the stock Z wheels.

I have 18"x11" Classics on my car's rear. There are no mods needed at all, including not cutting rear brake ducts. Tires just barely stick out of fender edge. I'm running 295/35 PS2's now, when they wear out I will definetely go to wider tires next time, which 11" rims can easily accomodate, probably 315's.

OZ Superleggera 18x9.5 59mm offset front & 19x11 65mm offset rear. Michelin PS2's 265/35/18 front & 305/30/19 rear. The stock front spring bolts are lowered all the way, and the rear is lowered using the stock bolts. The inside of the tire barely clears the inner fender, so a 335/30/18 tire would be 30mm (1.18") further out. A 315/30/18 tire is a nice width, too bad it is only ~25.5" tall.

I have 18x12 CCW classics with 18x335/30 Mich PS on the back. Yes they will stick out about 1/2".

Performance is much better then stock wheels and tires.

Lots of pics in my sig under "More Pictures"
