Default Tire/Wheel question

Does anyone know if you can fit a 345 tire on a 19x11 wheel? Im still trying to decide if I want a 19x11 or 19x12 wheel for the rear. I know it will fit on the 19x12. Also does anyone have pictures of a 19x12 wheel on their Vette without the L5 fender flares? Just want to see how much it sticks out. TIA

A 345 will rub and/or stick out on a non-tubbed or fender flared car. Trust me I tried it. I had a set of 18x12 ccw's with BFG 335's on it and it was crap...

I would go with an 11" and put on a 315 and be happy...

I'm trying to go with a 315 too. I have them on the mustang and I like the big tire look in the rear, but I was wondering as to how would they fit on a non flendered/tubbed factory fender. I might try a 18x10.5 inch wheel too, but time will tell.

A 315 is the max size for a 10.5" rim. That would be fine.

Do you think I could get away with a 325? I have functional Z06 brake ducts also, so Im sure that might be a problem also. Looks like I will plan on a 18x9.5 front and 19x11 rear. Can you tell me what size tires I would need on front and rear? My car is lowered also.

Top of my head I would go with a 265-30-19 or 275-30-19 on the front, and could probably squeeze on a 325-30-19 on the rear for those size rims. I don't have rear ducts on my car, so I have no idea if you will have issues.

A 315/30/18 is only ~25.5" tall.

A 325 tire won't fit without rubbing or sticking out. Use 18x9.5 54-59mm offset front & 19x11 62-65mm offset rear wheels.

For tires, use 265/35/18 & 305/30/19.
