In the last few days its been hot enough to run the A/C in the car. It gets cold enough, but the air comes out of all the ducts. This morning we got a cold snap down to 40 degrees. There again it blew hot but coming out everywhere. Anybody else run into this problem. I'm figuring the blend door is not shutting the way its suppose to.

I had the same problem and nobody responded to my question either. When I set my temp to 90 on front vents-- it blended out of all the vents (mainly out of the windshield) As I turned the temp down to...say...70 I got much more air out of the front vents.
No codes that I see. Should the come up automatically, or do I have check the DIC.. Anyway it just don't seem right. I never recall having this problem.
You've either got a vacum leak, or a bad actuator. Have you relaced the oil sending unit recently? The vacum line for the heater is right near the sending unit. If it's the actuator, get ready for a nightmare. You damn near gotta disassemble the entire dashboard to get to them. (There's two of em) If you're not getting any codes, I'd bet on a small vacum leak.
Okay, I wasn't sure about the codes. Yes I had a new sender put in, but that was last August. It's been working fine since then. I read on another thread you can reset the blend doors by removing the HVAC fuse. Anybody know about that. I haven't tried that yet.
Your problem sounds like a leaky batt has ruined the vac line that controls air outlet. I would check that first as it can cause many other problems as well. Here's a link:
1. If you had a vacuum leak for the HVAC, it would be too small of a leak to notice in engine performance. The ECM could compensate for it.
2. You have to pull your codes up, and post them here so we can give you better info to go on.
3. GO AND CHECK YOUR BATTERY NOW....can't stress this enough. Leaking acid will wreak havoc on your electrical system and, cause a major dent in your wallett.
Let us know what you find.
I just got a chance to check the DIC codes. There were none for 99 which is A/C.. Last night on the way home, same thing air blows out everywhere. This morning I had on the defrosters, same thing air comes out everywhere. Pressures seems to be about the same from all ducts. I did pull the fuse and waited a minute or so. I did not hear any doors closing or opening. I'm lost at this point. Battery compartment is clean, no corrosion that I can see. What to do now???
Update, finally got it fixed !!! I tried to re-set the blend doors, no luck, so after a couple of 80 degree plus days I brought it to the stealership. It ended up with 2 broken vacuum line in the dash, and one in the inner fender well under the battery. Not bad they charged me 3 hours labor $270.00.... It could have been way worse. Happy and cold A/C now. Sneaklman called it with the battery corrosion. I didn't see anything.
