I just ordered one of those eBay kits after seeing this thread. One of them offers the kit with the seals, the other seller does not. I got the kit with the seals. They also had the Make an Offer option and they accepted my $12 offer.

Like it, doesn't really look that different IMO. I get a pile of sand in my lights everytime I drive it, no matter the weather or time of year.

Howdy Folks!

I used some small diameter hard, rubberized type PVC - just one piece, and I cut like 6 @ 1/2" sections and 2 @ 1/4" (I'll need to confirm the size - the outers are definitely smaller). I just grabed like a 12" section (the smallest they had). This made the spacers.

Plus pack of some kind of galvanized screws (intended for drywall/sheetrock), it was a small pack of like 10 or 12, course threads, and like 4 or 5" or so.

Both of those items came from The Depot

That's like the whole "kit"!

I had a pack of single tape sided weather strip of some sort just lying around. I would up putting this around the outside of the lights so that it fit in nice and snug (and kind of made a tail light seal of sorts).
