emissions test for my Z
just got my yearly emissions done on my Z....just a plug up test for the cpu no sniffer...car is stock except the intake but im doing long tubes and no cats soon with a tune to turn off the rear 02's....after the tune there will be no codes thrown due to no cats but when they plug in next year to test the cats and 02 sensors will it show up none in place or are they just checking for cat and 02 codes thrown? Hate to have to buy 2 cats for a yearly check

you will pass just fine. basically when they plug the scanner in, it looks for the emissions ready from the computer. The only time that the computer will show emissions not ready will be either after you erase a code and haven't put in the proper amount of start/driving cycles or the battery was unplugged and it would be the same case with the cycles.
I had my rear o2's deleted and it passed emissions just fine. All they are looking for is that the computer reports back that emissions are ready.
