C5 Transaxel Value
I changed the rear end in my '97 C5. This was probably in 2000 or so. I went from whatever was stock to a 3.73(+/-) GM unit. At the time the car probably had no more than 15000 miles on it (has only 40k now). I was wondering if such a unit would have any value. The car has been babied for all 11 years now. Thanks for any advise.

First is your car a A4 or MN6?
If A4 was it a 2:73s or 3:15s?
If 2:73s... not worth much. 3:15s will bring a little more.
If MN6 3:42s... about $500.

Post the last 8 digits of your vehicle number and we'll see if it was 2.73 or 3.15, if it's is 3.15 it has some value. If it's the 2.73 well I hope you have a boat, they make great anchors
