I have a "02 C5Z with 11,000 miles that I bought from this forum, I posted a few weeks ago about fixing the rear window defogger contact to the window that broke off while at the car wash. Well yesterday after taking the Z to the car wash, I now cannot get the passenger window to work. I wondering if during the wipe down inside by the car washers if they pressed some switch that locked the window in the up position? The driver side window motor works fine. the passenger window motor will not respond to the buttons to "auto" lower and raise the window. Could this be a fuse problem? Thanks for any advise.
It is common for these windows to suddenly quit working.
I have had to replace the window regulator assembly on both sides on my 2004. You can tap on it, slam the door, and do all the other things people have suggested, but eventually you will probably have to replace the regulator.
It could be the door control module on that side, but if you can hear the relay click, and the window does not even try to move, it is probably the motor.
Thanks for the link, I was surprised that the window worked again yesterday morning. I guess it is a intermittent problem, I will have it fixed under warranty. Thanks again for the advice.

If it is intermittent, I would say it is almost certainly the regulator.
Mine would work one day, and not the next, but eventually, it quit working completely.
