Default Callaway Honker

I`ve bought a callaway honker for my C5, its just a C5 coupe (nice car)but if I install it will it take away from it`s value when we pass this down to our grandkids years from now.I know with old harleys custom work takes value down.

Dont worry about it!!! Its not going to take anything from the value, besides keep the original air box and re install it later if you wish. Remember C5s will not be collector pieces till long after were gone

Go for it and don't sweat the future value of the car. The Honker is argueably the best intake for the C5 on the market and looks OEM. I am considering having one installed in the future myself

Probably won't affect the value at all. Just get it, install it and enjoy it.

I say go for it! It looks OEM and easy to bring back to stock if you ever wanted to. Let the car BREATHE!!!

Just installed a Honker on my 03 Coupe last weekend. Do not worry about collector value. Keep your old intake if it makes you feel better. Yould could always convert it back at a later date. There are so many C5s out there I doubt you will see any kind of collector increase in these cars for at least 20 - 25 years or so.

Hope you did not have as much trouble getting your C5 Honker kit as I did getting mine. Ordered mine Dec 1 last year and got it mid February. According to Callaway, some sort of vendor change on one of the parts used for the kit. Good luck with your install. All in all one of the nicest intakes on the market. Should be for the price.

Install it and enjoy it, you don't have a collector car.

Do the Honker. It looks better than stock and performs much better than stock.
