Dealt with James Woods Autopark in Denton TX this weekend.
Had a friend check out a Vette for me. Talked to the salesman
as he looked over the car. Told him I was seriously interested and put down a $500 deposit and confirmed I was the first with money on the table. Started making plans to be there today from San Antonio with
the check. Got a call 30 minutes later saying they sold it to someone
looking at it earlier..."Sorry. I guess there's nothing we can do about it".
I'll buy a Yugo from Bin Laden before I consider them for anything
again.
Hope you got your deposit back. I would talk to the general manger about it and make him find you another one at a better price.Trust me,I'm in a battle with a dealership right now.
Integrity is quickly becoming a thing of the past. The sales manager, general manager, and owner need to be informed...... this is no way to do business. Let them know also GM will hear about it.
