Is my car possessed?
Hi there,
I had this same problem about 6 or 7 years ago but, not on my vette.
I was washing one of my cars & the one parked in the street started the horn blowing & kept on blowing until the horn fuse blew out.Replaced the fuse & had a instant replay.I took it into the dealers shop & the technician knew what the problem was.He said the spring on the cruise control was not clocked in the correct position.He never had any dianostic tools out at all. He put it in the correct position & I never had that problem again. I think the spring was located in the steering wheel & had to be indexed at the 12 o'clock position. I still have the vehicle a 1998 ranger & no horn blowing problems.
