Had my new LG Pro headers installed today. Everything went fine no codes thrown after 25 miles of driving. The sound of these headers into Corsa Indys is beautiful. A real I mean business growl. And even though it is a stock Z I think I can hear more cam lope in the exhaust now. I don't know why I waited so long to do this. If you are on the fence about long tube headers like I was well just do it. You won't be sorry. Heres the pics
I have not had it tuned yet but still noticed a good difference in power .
Are you able to take a video of the sound? This is the exact same setup I am considering for my stock Z06. Are you using an X or H pipe?
Sorry, I am from the dark ages I don't have anything to take a video not even a phone camera. But wow the sound is fantastic a real growl sound. This was the complete LG kit with cats which includes a x pipe section and it is 3" from the collectors to the cat back. Real quality work made for LG by Borla.
I did the LG's on mine 2 years ago and love it. I even added Borla Stingers last year. Now, it sounds insane.
I do not know why I waited so long. If I had known it would sound this good I would have made the change sooner. Everybody on this forum tried to tell me. Now I know. And I know yours has to be insane with those Stingers on.

. . . and, I still have the cats.
Sometimes I think about putting the TI's back on to tame down the sound, then when I drive it, I am convinced the Stingers stay.
Can't really see much from the top especially on the drivers side. Thats why I took the shots from below where you can see the tubes. Have you got yours on yet? And secondly have you had a tune done? I plan to go to RPM in Garner soon.
Looking good . Makes me want to throw my Dynatechs on as soon as I get them! Did you do the install yourself and if so how did it go?
Thanks, I did not do the install. Paid 400 to have them put on. From what I can tell thats about the average going price. My mechanic said they were pretty easy to install though.
