I have had both the PS and PS2 on my ZO6. Just put on a set on Nitto Invo's on it, there is even less road noise with these tires on the car
very happy with them so far.
I have PS-2's and love them in the warmer months, but in the cold months they need to warm up a few miles before you get any traction. PS-2's and a proper 4 wheel alignment the car handles just great!!. As mentioned the GSD-3 are great tires but they have limited sizes, I wanted 265/18 and 305/19 and the Goodyear's didn't come in the 305's.
Here's another vote for the Pilot Sport AS ZPs. I might have been a little happier with the handling of another tire, hard to say, but a some peace of mind goes a long way.....
Hi
I just bought the sport pilots and they seem to be quieter than the original good years but only have maybe 30 miles on them .
I am glad to hear the positive side of these tires on your threads for I went out to buy non run flats and ended up with the mich. tires
makes me think i made the right move .Guess I'll know in the near future when I drive back to canada from Fla.
Finally got to drive my car today with the new Michelin runflats. I immediately noticed a smoother ride and, oh yes, a quieter ride than the GY runflats.
The Goodyear GSD3s are just as quiet as PS2s, cost less and don't wear as quickly (according to an independent testing facility). You really can't go wrong with the D3s.
I was really close to getting the GSD3's. But I really wanted a runflat because I take my kids in the car and can't afford a flat in the wrong place. But they are a great tire.
That said, I LOVE my Michelins and will keep buying them. Awesome tire and very quiet. Will keep buying them for sure!
