Engine Coolant Temp?

I'd say thats about spot on. Mine ran hotter in Vegas but about the same as you here in England.
You have 2 fans that can each run at low or high speeds to increase the amount of cooling air. Depending on how hot you're running depends on which fans cut in at what rate. The high speed fans cut in at 235 but you won't get a "Coolant Over Temp" warning until 256*
