Default Fog Light help

I wasnt getting any response on the tech side so I'm posting here...

I was wondering if anyone has installed the new PIAA 1100X fog lamps on a C5? I have a factory light that broke and I thought I would upgrade to these new ones but I am not sure if they are a direct replacement or will there need to be a new bracket and some new wiring needed?

I really want something that is mostly plug_and_play but these new PIAA's seem to be something new and I hear most people like them. Just not sure if they need some special wiring due to the 55 watts they require.

Thank you!

jdmvette fitted PIAAs but he then went on to fit HID fogs and was happier with them.

The factory fog light switch is retained but the factory power wiring is not recommended to be use. Use the wiring and fuse that comes with the kit. I have a PDF file on how to install. If you want it, send me your email address.
