Hey there Bobby Roem from Dumont New Jersey!!!http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1960360
Here is the thread from the for sale section.I pm'd you and we concluded a deal for 170.00 dollars US.I agreed to ship a money order via priority post and you would send to my Washington shipping address.I went away for Easter break with my family, when I got back I did a trace and found you received the money on March 17 08.On March 24,I tried to pm you for shipping info and your pm box was full,so I emailed you; no response,I brought the sale thread to the top of the list asking for a response.

I have received no response.Today I phoned your house and left a phone message asking for a response.I have emailed twice ,reposted 5 times and phoned once. You have posted each day and refuse to answer your pm's.

This is the last bit of patience i will show you, from here it will get bad pal.You will either do the right thing and ship the part I paid for ,or I will get serious, the action that will follow will cause you more greif than you ever thought possible to be inflicted from this far away.Never underestimate your'e adversary....you have no Idea who you are poking.

You might consider contacting the Forum admins - Savewave or Cor07Vette and ask for their assistance.

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1118161

The Forum allows a factual post on an unresolved dispute with a vendor or another member once all efforts to resolve the issue offline have been exhausted. Then, the post must be factual and cannot be used to bash the vendor or the member. Once the post has been made, it cannot be repeated in other sections or on other days.

Moderators will try to leave such threads open until everybody with direct knowledge of the issue being addressed has had a chance to provide their version of the facts. The thread must not become a running debate on the accuracy of the “facts” and may not deteriorate into an exchange of personal attacks. Neither should be used as an opportunity for speculation by those who do not have direct knowledge of the issue.

Once there has been the opportunity for the facts on all sides to be posted, the thread will be locked. It will remain in the database and will be available for review by those who are researching the topic, vendor or member.

The Forum is not in a position to monitor transactions or to determine the “true facts” in most disputes. Upon request, however, the Forum will try to intervene and mediate a settlement suitable to all parties in a dispute. When issues are resolved in the matter, it will be posted to the original dispute thread so it becomes part of the searchable record. We believe that is a more useful record of performance for potential customers than would be an eBay-style rating system.

As has been our past practice, members or vendors who show a pattern of unresolved issues will be removed from Corvetteforum.com.
I know it's a little late in the game at this point - and it might seem like I am second-guessing you, but I personally make it a policy to deal with long standing members that have a history, not a member that has only 40 posts and hasn't been around long.

The other point is that I Pay-Pal (which I know you did), but I do it through my credit card, so that I have a recourse through the credit card company if I fail to receive product, or if the product is other than what I expected.

Good luck - I hope you receive your merchandise.

Return his money or send him what he paid for. Too many dishonest people these days.
