Default Doh! Radio *****...

This morning on my drive to work I was turning down my bass because my little bose emblems were rattling. As I turned it, the little bass **** split apart in my fingers. Great! Not a huge deal. I'll just bring one of the others to the stealership with me at lunch and see if they have any identical ones for sale. ...and that one split apart too! Doh!

I know this isn't a huge deal but it looks aweful now. Does anyone know offhand if you can buy these little ***** from the dealer? Thanks guys!

Looks like the ***** are available as separate part numbers (at least according to an old parts CD that I have).

Here's the part numbers I could come up with:

****, Radio Tuning Control - 16195409
****, Radio Vol Control (Wing) (Spd Cont Vol) - 16189159
****, Radio Vol Control - 16195410

Hopefully the part numbers have not changed over the years.

I didn't buy any. I figured I'd check on here and at least try to glue them together for the mean time

Mine is a 98 and I have started noticing little things going wrong inside. A lot of the plastic is starting to get a little brittle and I'm afraid that things are going to start to crack and break.
Is this the beginning of the nickel and dime that I have been fearing?

The same controller has been in GM vehicles since the mid 90's. You "should" be able to get some from any of the repo or salvage places for reall cheap.

Good Luck
