I run some 2-piece Iforged wheels that have the air valve way back on the inside of the barrel.Adding air is a PITA.No pressure monitors.
Can you just drill another air valve hole and add another air valve to solve this problem...
Sounds logical to me but will it work?

I have 3 peice iForged evolutions and the stem comes out from the center of the wheel to the outside edge which looks almost factory.
Here is a pic with an arrow pointing to the cap on the valve stem, looks almost like the rivets if you will on the outside of the rim, it is also chrome and is just a little larger.
To answer your question, I don't see why not. If you want to use TPS, your biggest concern will be if the wheel lip is the right shape so that the TPS will fit as it was intended (in the OEM application).
