That is hard to believe with so many automakers out there now offering RF's as OEM. But, alot of owners are replacing RF's with non-RF's for the cost savings as well as comfort.

I was talking to a tire store owner the other day, he said they are working on run flats for SUV's and pick ups.. So I would say highly doubtful also..

I don't see Run-Flats disappearing anytime soon if at all.They may cost more but,the weight savings with not having to have a doughnut or a jack on board is considerable.Auto-clubs will feel the pinch on that one,if they haven't already.
Also,engineers will have greater room to work designing interior ergonomics when you don't have to factor in the jack and the spare.
