Intake Manifold ?
So I am going to install a weind intake manifold on my 04 soon. My buddy tells me when he did it to his mustang he had to replace the injector o rings. I dont know anything about this but I do know they are hard to find. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this and if they had to replace theres so it wouldnt leak fuel. Thanks alot for any info that you may have.

When I changed intakes on my stang, which is probably basicly the same as the ls1, I actually reused my o-rings but it is probably not recommended. Just make sure you put some spit on the orings or lubricate them before reinstalling or you will tear the o-ring and may not know it. Learned this the hard way on my old 88 GT and started it up to spray a little fuel in the motor compartment.

Be carful not to screw yourself with a Weind manifold when it comes to the visual on emissions inspections. You may pass the sniffer but if they see an after market manifold, you will fail. Isn't great to own a modded Corvette in Kalifornia?
