C5z vs. C6z
Hypothetically speaking...If I were to come up against a C6 Z06 starting from about 20mph and he were to have about 3-4 car lengths on me by about 115mph would that mean I'd did ok?
Lets asume the other guy is stock and that my mods consist of exactly what my sig says. I'm still somewhat new in this car and I've never really been able to test my skills. Did I do ok in this hyphothetical example or am I just an idiot?

You just got ya @ss handed to you. Real car guys know their place in the food chain.Unless your heavy on the mods,A C6-Z is still the big fish in the pond.

I don't think you did too bad. Then again I can't see your sig for some reason. Anyways think about it this way; you raced a car that costs a LOT more than your Z is worth plus it's a freakin' 427! I would LOVE to drop an LS7 in my C5 someday.

I would only race another Corvette for the fun of it, and if i get my *** handed to me (i haven't run a C6 Z06 yet) i would just throw a thumbs up 
.
I really want a C6 Z06, but the only way i could get it at this moment is to sell my C5 Z06, and that is not going to happen. I will have to pay this car off, then buy the C6 Z.

100 ponies with a same weight car=kick ***---but the c6Z is pure ugly--that short *** end and that ugly sloped hutchback window is pure ugly for a sports car--I hope corvette finally gets rid of the ugliest rear window slope job in the world for the C7
