Default part question

After my latest little accident I need to replace a couple parts, I just need to know what they are exactly to find them.

I need the plastic piece that is above the raidator shroud. It goes the length of the radiator and I see a lot of them painted. I wasn't sure what it was called so I didn't know how to look it up.

Second. I found plastic pice that has about a 12" metal band that is about a 1/4" wide on it. The plastic piece says Release on it and the metal piece has a J hook on the end.

Thanks,
Shane

2 ea 12" bands hold the air cleaner shroud. Release of both clips allows the air cleaner to be extracted from it's holder. Is missing plastic piece above the radiator, or above the air cleaner?

Found the bands. http://www.ecklers.com/product.asp?p...7&dept_id=1178. Not sure how they go on yet, but it makes sence. My shroud broke on the one side. New shroud ordered.

This pic below has the arrow pointing to the plactic piece I need. What is this piece.
