Lots of sanding and filling to get the texture out. My paint guy said it took him 12+ hours to do my center console, dash & guage cluster. The results were a glass-smooth finish.

If you are talking about taking them back to a stock look, then SEM spray texture and knock it down a bit with some sandpaper; then SEM Tuxedo Black. That is what most people recommend.

You did a nice job on your wifes white Vette. Love how everything turned out. Just got all my stuff back from Noel @ Auto Buffs last week and put the car back together, just have not taken pics yet.
Was wondering where did you get the billet chrome auto shift ****/ball? Cant seem to find one any where. Buddy of mine got a similar one and the billet ebrake handle from WCC but they dont carry them any longer.
Please advise.
