Last December Corvette Palace had a 2003 AE coupe with every option available and about 9K miles on the clock. Could have bought it for $32,500. I still kick myself every day.
Hi, I agree with you about the 2 features turned off, to much unnessasary wear and tear on the seat mechanisms, and the headlight doors. Also getting ready to unplug the power antenna, don't need it going up and down every time I want to listen to a CD. The f55 is a terriffic improvement in ride.
Good Luck
I bought a $15 switch from Ecklers or Corvette America (can't remember) that allows me to turn off the antenna so that it doesn't operate when I am playing a CD. Saves a LOT of wear and tear on the antenna and is a very small, almost unnoticeable switch.
Also put the pace car graphics on my AE vert this past summer. Changes the car completely. Sticks out in a crowd now.

For Sure, Makes me feel like I'm right there at the brickyard. By the way, where'd you mount the switch.

And a big difference in resale and the original retail. They are a collectable.
I've said it before and I will say it again....The AE edition, with the Anniversary Red was so rare and such a collectible that 1 out of ever 3 built in 03 was the Anniversary Red. So how does that make it a collectible? I will stick with my 03' Spiral Gray without Magnetic Select ride, Anniversary Red, and shale interior and shale wheels...and I think mine is RARER when it comes to a collectible. Just my .03 due to inflation and rising gas prices the .02 is not enough any more.
Here are the 03 production numbers by color, options, etc...and then a pic of my 03 that I prefer over the Anniversary Red...overproduced color. It Chevy wanted them to be collectible or rare, they should have limited production to maybe 2003 for the model year 2003 and then call them all 50th Anniversary Anniversary editions.
