Under hood light bulb Not Working
OK...did some research on this site, so I did a little troubleshooting:
1. Under hood light not working,
2. Vanity lights working in the car,
3. Filament in under hood light looks good,
4. Connections look good at light and near radiator,
So, what am I missing ladies and gents?

3. Filament in under hood light looks good, LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING PUT AN OHM METER ON IT OR BUY A REPLACEMENT
4. Connections look good at light and near radiator,

Check to make sure it's plugged in.
Check with a volt meter to confirm you are getting power to the light. I would unplug the wire from the light and check it there.
If there is power to the light the light and it doesn't work then the switch inside the light is either stuck or bad. Take the light loose. When you tilt it back and forth mimicing the hood opening you can hear it clicking sort of like there is some loose inside that makes a sound when you move it.
If it's stuck you might be able to shake it to loosen it up.
Also might want to try a new bulb. Even if it looks good it could be bad.
If it's bad it's easier just to pick up a new one then to try to fix it.
