Underhood blanket - HELP!
I did a dumb thing. I spray painted (enamel) the underhood blanket before I started painting the emblem. I thought I wouldn't have to put so many coats on the emblem. But the spray paint raised lots of fibers on the blanket.
Does anyone have a solution to getting the fibers to lay down? Appreciate any and all suggestions.

I used a lint shaver which is sorta like a oversized Norelco shaver but with just one giant head. Worked like a champ.

Did you use a heavy brush on the surface. if so you probably damaged the surface. How about a shave with a razor?

Goggle Lint Shavers and you will find all kinds of them. Looks like they are $10 + . Here's a picture of one from my Google search.
