Actually when he took his father's to a place to do his, he did 50% of the work and it turned out great.

I'd vote for skipping the fender, but he's right, you can always take it off if it's too much.
If it was me, I would do the roof last to see if you like it without the stripe there.

Thanks everyone for your opinions! Still not sure what we will do with the fenders...but we have a little time to think about it.
Ok, our next mod is an exhaust. Know any reasonably priced exhausts that are good? My husband likes Borla, but I don't want our car to look almost identical to his father and mother's black Z. Thanks!

Nice pics !! Looks like the whole family has Vette's. The new strips look great. I have often wondered what a Mag Red vert would look like with stripes. I won't go into preferred exhaust as that is a very personal decision and most everyone really likes the brand they have.

3M mask
The 3M mask is a clear plastic protective covering over the front nose and bumper. Also behind the wheel wells to prevent rock chips and on the painted side or front of the side mirrors. Cost ~$800 installed. Bought the car with it last year.
