the only way you are going to remove them is with a machine(pc, flex, or rotary). this stuff might fill them, but nothing by hand will remove swirls or scratches on C5 clearcoat, its too hard.

Thanks guys. I wil post in my region. I usually don't get many replies from the Little Rock area though. I'm with you, I don't just choose a local detailer. Instead I researched all I could locally and there is one who seems to be highly professional but you never know until you see their work.
You can always try Meguairs Scratch X. I've found it safely removes most of the fine scratches without a machine. Sure, buffing is better, but you can only do it so frequently.
