As for dyno numbers, my 02 with a Corsa Competition Ti catback and a tune dynoed at 367/361 with a conservative street tune.
I read one of your other posts about coming from the F-body world. I went from a 5.7 GTO and Camaros to my 02Z. Worry about getting the car first and the mods may come later. a stock 405h.p. Z feels like a 500h.p. Camaro most of the time. Don't get yourself wrapped around the "I must get every bolt-on" mentality of the F-Body. The Z is a different beast all together. Camaros/Mustangs/etc. are bolt on dyno racer wonders where as the Z06 is a world class all around factory built road (not street) race car. You can certainly bolt on some horsepower, but I think that most here would agree that 99.9% of the drivers out there (including me) can't even use the stock power to it's full potential. Just my $.02
LG pro headers, Stinger air filter, and a tune, 380/380. Remember that all dynos read a little different. These multiple responses in your post do give you an idea of the typical range of gains.
Bought my 03 Z new in Dec of 02. First yr I had it I installed the items mentioned in my profile. Did all the work myself in my garage. Had it Mustang Dyno'd & tuned right after the perf. mods. It either dyno'd @ 405 or 406 H.P. @ rear wheels. They said @ the shop that a strong LS6 usually might see 385. Took it to the strip and have ran it about 24 times, over the years. Tweaked out a 11.9 w/Drag Radials. Didn't run it at all last year. Bob.

I think you need more than that to break 400. Some guys claim to have done it with the bolt-ons you list, but must seem to end up in the 380-390 range with those mods - mine included.

That dyno's calibration is waaaay off since you will be closer to 350rwhp at best on a Mustang dyno. What MPH are you trapping? According to your dyno, you should be in the 120mph range... riiiiiight.

I just got it tune a month ago so i dont know what it will trap but i did take it the track in november and pull a best of 117 without the corsa exhaust and stock tune
