It's better than the void between the tips prior to the exhaust plate. Stick on flames are just kind of tacky to me, go look in the Autozone ricer isle and see how much stuff has flames.

Z06-Jim excluded... custom painted flames are a different story.

People have different tastes, yours is different than mine. But who cares? It's your car.

I like the flames! Not sold on the exhaust tips though although they look okay IMHO.

I think the tips and the flames work well. It's nothing I would pick but I sure don't have anything negative to say about it...especially on your car Like others have said, I like your attitude about 'your' mods

steve8 - why bust the guys b@lls about his fence...he's got a vette and boat to drive. That's way more fun than fixing a dang fence

If your 'vette were any other color, then it probably wouldn't work. But, as it is...I actually think it looks good.

Hey, it looks pretty durn cool! You made your car unique, and you like it, so who cares what anybody else thinks?

Besides, it's hard to mess up a pewter C5.

I also got FlowMasters and decided that I didn't like the "D" tips and went with the "O" tips. The exhaust note of the FM's aren't as ofensive as most.

What always rings my bell is when forum members ask for opinions on matters of taste from others. It's your car. If it's your style, go for it. You may get scorned, laughed at or praised, but it's YOURS!!

The stripes "were" tacky. The flame plates... It's your statement.

The plate is pretty cool, now just get the led's to light it up at night Exhaust tips are unique, but undecided on overall look.

Ok, your getting desperate for a mod. How about a good coat of polish instead?

It's all right, like a lot of mods that add extra logo's just way too many logo's on the vehicle. At least your is a flame. LOL I get flame suit on...

Yowzer.....thanks for the tip.....where can I get those!!! I know....at every truck stop in America!!

Thanks for making this a two pager...hey, I'm honored no matter what you said!

Oh...and the fence technology is the neighbors. I've propped up some of it but they never fixed it and now it's ruined. Poor design in mounting.

Anywho...thanks again.....FLAME ON!

The flames are cool... not the "me too" look of all the other plates.
