Sides dont seem to bad! but its pretty much worthless trying to look out the back when your backing up at night. lol

Looks good! I had my side tinted dark and got busted. I had to strip it off.

I got no front plate. I figured i could get away with either no front plate or tint.

I picked no front plate

New Jersey sucks

I have 5% back and only 50% on the doors, I want to re-do the sides a bit darker.

I'm just curious, to the people that have 5% tint.... is it hard to see out of? As of now, I don't have the vette tinted, but its coming up on my to-do list. I do have my Grand Prix tinted tho, with 50% on the sides, and 35% on the back, and I don't have a problem seeing out of the windows, but I've always wondered if a 5% tint would make things too dark? Any help is appreciated

f-yeah! 5% will be dark as chit to see out of.

plus you'll be ticketed everywhere you go, i wouldn't want to deal with the hassle.

I think it's probably illegal in most states. Since tint looks darker when there's less light inside tinting the windshield makes the side windows and rear windows appear darker ... and you can still see. Yes, it's illegal to tint the windshield, but isn't that where we started, with the illegal tint?
A friend did the windshield and all windows and has never been stopped, lighter on the windshield and 35% on the others.
