Make your own or get a cheap set from fleabay or craigslist.

Or like said above, a BMW dealer.

I bought mine online from Bavarian Autosport. Here's there website. http://www.bavauto.com/shop.asp The part number is 51 71 1 960 752, I think they're $6.95 a piece. I bought 4 of them, put them in and just leave them in. They have been in there for over 3 years.
I just went to the website and you have to enter a year and model so I entered an 02 and a 325i

Good place, stand up people and great CS. When I had my Bimmer, I purchased all my parts threw them.

I bought mine from www.bavauto.com

$6.95 each plus shipping

Part number: 51 71 1 960 752 (put it in the search box)

You need to select a BMW year and model number, but I don't think it matters what you select (I selected 2003 330Ci). Just make sure you order the part number listed above.

A couple of mine were loose after I snapped them in. To avoid rattles, I pried them out and put a small amout of clear RTV on them before I re-installed them.

I was going to try the hockey puck and eye bolt solution, but hockey pucks were $6 each!

I just took the part No. 51 71 1 960 752 down to my local BMW dealer and said give me four of em. I paid more than the online price but had them in my hand immediately. They just snap in - I usually leave mine in all the time.
