fuel injectors
I've had some issues with fuel raillines crossed, long story - dyno shows they are all running great but a bit rich -- i have read threads, have so many answers i'm confused. Is there a why to pull them and visually see if they are clogged or need replacement . Have 48 clicks on my A4 01
Dynamaxx long tubes, high flow cats, borla stingers, Vara ram intake
but concerned about injector with all the screw up from the dealler
Hope some one has a straight up simple answer and a good soursce where to buy a set if needed
thanks Len

From what I remember most injectors have two wires, - and +. The injector itself is, or is kind of like a solenoid, in that it opens and closes. Remove the injector and hold it straight up, and take some carb cleaner and put it in the orifice where the fuel line wil go. If I remember right it will only fire one way, which means that if you have your - and + backwards, it won't fire. if doesn't do it one way try the other. Don't hold the wires on the power supply (has to be 12 volts). Hold one of the wires and tap the other to complete the circuit briefly. If it works, it will squirt a quick shot of gas. Yo will be able to hear it clicking when it pulses the fuel out. If you keep filling up the orifice with carb cleaner it will continue to flow through the injector body and eventually start flowing carb cleaner once all the gas is out of the way.
I have done this in the past with some injectors, and have found some very dirty ones where when I put the carb cleaner in it actually cleaned them out and made them spray straighter and more uniform.
As far as flow test, like measuring the actual volume they are flowing to see if they are up to par, I don't have a clue.
Good luck
