Ok guys, time to own up!!
Being from the UK, I have a euro spec car with the hideous rear fog lights.
It crossed my mind to have them removed, the holes filled and resprayed and then fit the styling bars to hide the work.
Would have been a cheaper option than shipping a new bumper over, but judging by your responses, none of you would ever talk to me again lol.
To be fair I wouldn't say I'm a fan, but it could have been an option.
Ok back to the drawing board.
Cheers for the replies and opinions though guys

They WOULD look better than the euro foglights on the C5. I think some of the responders have forgotten what those look like on the export models.

Think I'm going to have to bite the bullet and import a US rear bumper.
Way better than Euro fogs and styling bars!!
Thanks for your opinion guys

If you're going to replace the entire rear bumper, I recommend checking out the Tigershark rear fascia. Here's a pic of mine:

I have to think that there's a flexible filler product (3M perhaps) that could be used to give the desired result.

Regardless of who pays for the car, don't do it because then we'd all have to look at it if he drives on public roads.

I'll bet that more people would like them (and install them) if they were cup holders...
