0410 code help needed
The injection air pump does run for about a minuite or 2 on startup. After the engine warms up, about 5-10 minutes, the error code comes on. After cooling down, the second startup and warmup, forces the check engine on.
I also checked the air hose and air is coming out after the T. I am not posting a 1415 or 1416 code also.
So where do I go from here???

Your one way check valve is probably stuck closed not allowing air into the exhaust system.Their are 2 in the AIR system. One for the left bank of cylinders & one for the right bank of cylinders.Have you just installed a set of headers recently? Please fill out your profile as a cold climate & humidity affects the air pump operation.(moisture) The gas cap has no effect on this problem.Reset this code & see if it goes away.I doubt it will.

The car is stock also.
Glad to hear the problem is solved & no intake removal required. Was that a look & see or did the tech. use a scanner tool to find the problem. That should be the rt.side vacuum line coming off your AIR pump. You must have had a battery leak at one time in that area. $217 is not bad at all.Mark that one down in your log book.
