I had new tires put on a week ago, and just now noticed that the front wheels are on opposite sides. One wheel had a minor nick in it that I realized was on the wrong side (driver instead instead of passenger).
Do I need to go back to the tire shop and get them to swap wheels / tires, or is this not an issue and the system should know which sensor is at which wheel?
I searched around a bit already and haven't come across any posts about this; sorry if it's already been stated somewhere and I missed it.
I'm certainly no expert, but a simple "reprogram" will do it. A magnet around the stem and going thru you DIC or a hand held unit that most tire shops carry should do it....
