side vent led mod
I was looking to do the led mod to the side vents and the rear exhaust plate. is there a special kit or did u guys create one by yourself. Any pics, directions, andadvice would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

It depends when you want the lights to come on
I had to fit side repeaters and a rear fog light for UK. The wirings the same but depending on when you want them to light up depends on how you wire them up

I think the color of your car has a huge factor on how well the LED's would accent inside the coves.
I did a white C5 with red and blue LED's several years ago and liked it.. The pics really don't do it justice as they are far more subtle than the pics show.

I had mine connected to the fogs, so they could easily be turned off from inside without any disruption to other lights at night. Never had a problem and actually got some fairly nice comments, even from NON ricers
I've not done any on the NB car though.......

You can use 9" neons too. These are cold cathodes, one fried so I'm switching to LEDs;

I'm actually thinking of doing a flame look, yellow, orange, red then blue. I'll build a test bar first and see how it looks against Pewter.
