Default C5 secret?

is this one of those little known C5 secrets?

After washing your C5 the mirrors retain water and drip down your doors ruining your perfect wash and dry job.

The mirrors are swivel mounted and if you push the outer edge of the mirror housing forward, the assembly will swivel down and forward, draining the water out of the housings.

Am I the only one here that didn't know this trick

I hate the drips! I didn't ever think to that I just use the leaf blower. I love power tools!

Nice tip. Just be careful with the mirrors - the springs in them have a tendency to break.

I have mirror seals that help a bit, otherwise I just let it drop and carry a microfiber with me for the 1st drive after a wash.
