Hi vrybad -
Congrats - installing a two post lift is a life changing event....
I have had one in my garage for about three years, and I have had countless Corvettes on it - C3s thru C6's, and this past week we did a manual to auto conversion on a Nissan 300 turbo drag car....
It's nice to do oil changes, but also - with a nice trans jack and some hoist supports - also a breeze to do diffs, transaxles, rear suspension cradles etc....

I'm 45, and I've been lying on my back working on cars most of my life.
The body doesn't work the way it used to, so this is going to be the best "mod" I could be doing!
I have plans for the car over the next winter, so it will make my life a whole lot easier.

Just received a Direct-Lift Pro 9F two-post lift today.
I bought it thru Greg Smith Equipment.
Those guys were very helpful, shipped yesterday, picked it up at the carriers dock today!
It really is a very heavy duty piece of equipment, at a great price point.
Should be installing it in about two weeks-have to let the concrete fully cure.
Just a heads-up for anyone considering a lift.
