Michelin if you can afford them, or maybe Kuhmo's if you want to save some $$. I've seen good reports on both, and I've talked to people who have them on their cars. I've been on the fence trying to decide to go non-runflat, or stick with the run-flats. I will probably end up with the Michelin runflats, as soon as I wear out the GY RF on there now. I can't tell you how much I hate the GY's. Go to Tirerack.com, and they have customer reviews of all the tires to help you decide.
Michelin Pilot Sport All Season Zero Pressure (AS ZP) here.
The down side is the looks are not as good as some and they are at the top end of the price range. Mine were about $1300 IIRC. Oh and they're French although I think that most that you'll pick up in the US are made in the US
The up side is thay are great tires. The ride and handling are good for run flats. The reviews give them a good wet weather performance which fits with my experience in the English weather. Its a softer sidewall than the OEMs so its only rated for 50 miles if you want to repair it. That gives much better handling and they are way quieter than stock. Mine have been on for about 14k miles and I'd say they are about half tread now.
