[Z06] Searvice colum lock!!
I had the wires from the k harness and the CLB crossed. thanks for everyones help

The dealer installed the recall "K harness" fix or bypass or whatever they call it in 03 a few months after car was bought new and its been reliable ever since (it wasn't having a problem when dealer installed it as the car was just in for fuel tank work and they did it without me even knowing about it till I picked it up). Not all dealer installed fixes mess up.

I installed the COH CLB about 3.5 years ago as a preventative measure. I have never had the column lock problem. One thing I always have to remember to do when I take it in for servicing at the Chevy dealer is to tell them NOT to perform the column lock recall fix.

if its an 01 z06 just inplug the motor wires with it in the unlocked position and it will start and stop and start until you disconnect the battery then it will reset. then you can plug it back in get the motor to actuate when it closes and opens unplug it again and your set.
